What are the business hours?
We are open 7am - 7pm; however can be reached via phone 24/7 for emergency situations
What are the lease terms?
We have a 90 day MINIMUM LEASE TERM ON ALL LEASES, no exceptions whatsoever. The first 3 months are paid in full and up-front. All leases then become a month to month lease thereafter. You may cancel your lease at the completion of, or after your initial 90 day term has expired by providing us with a 30 day advance notice of your intent to cancel via email to MiznerMarinaFL@gmail.com.
How do I pay my rent?
Pay your rent online using a debit, credit card or ACH. NO OTHER FORMS OF PAYMENT ARE ACCEPTED. Additionally, all tenants must enroll in auto-pay upon signing a lease.
If I rent a boat on trailer storage space, can I use your dock or ramp?
Our dock(s) and ramp are not included for tenants renting boat on trailer storage and/or boat on rack/lift storage. Tenants using our boat ramp may use the loading area located at our boat ramp solely for boarding/offloading, and must promptly depart from the loading area once done.
If I rent a rack space, in water boat slip or boat lift, can I use the boat ramp too?
Our private boat ramp is exclusively for our tenants who are renting a boat on trailer parking space. Other forms of boat storage (rack, in water, lift) do not include access to our boat ramp.
Where do I park when I go out on my boat for the day?
We have guest as well as tenant designated parking spaces. If your boat is stored on a trailer, we kindly ask that you park your trailer in your designated boat trailer parking space while you're out.
If I store my boat on a rack with you, do you have a place where I can also store my empty boat trailer as well?
Yes., subject to availability, we offer boat trailer storage both on site here at the marina, as well as off-site at our other locations.
How often will my monthly rent price change?
The benefits of leasing with us is that we are family owned and operated. Unlike many of our competitors who are public companies, we don't do "monthly pricing". Our lease terms are month to month; however, our pricing is typically adjusted only 1x per calendar year and we provide you with plenty of advance notice of any changes in lease prices and/or terms. We do our best to keep our storage prices competitive with our local marketplace and trends.
What documentation do I need to rent a unit?
A valid government-issued ID, vessel/traier registration, and proof of insurance.
What security features do you offer?
We offer 24-hour video surveillance, perimeter fencing, and coded as well as app based access to our gated entry & exit.
How do I terminate my lease?
Simply email us your 30 day written notice as notated in your lease. You must email the location(s) directly from which you rent your space(s). For this location (Deerfield Beach) the email address is MiznerMarinaFL@gmail.com.
Is your private & exclusive boat ramp access included with my rent?
Starting in summer 2024, all newly signed boat on trailer leases will include access to our private boat ramp. For prior tenants already in a lease agreement here (boat on trailer leases only) they may add this access to their lease for a minimal monthly charge added to the current storage-only rent.
What are the hours of operation for the private boat ramp?
While operating hours and days are subject to change, the current hours of operation for our private boat ramp are anticipated to be 7am-5pm daily. There are also numerous public ramps near us which are typically open 24/7.
Is there a discount if I pre-pay my rent in advance for a year?
All leases are month to month (3 month minimum initial term), we don't discount rent for pre-payment(s) of rent; however, you may, at your discretion, pre-pay rent.
Is there a boat wash area at the marina?
Yes. We have many boat wash areas throughout the marina., they are clearly marked on our marina map with a blue water droplet emblem. Fresh water for non-commercial use is included with your rent.
What services do you offer?
To name just a few of our most popular services, we offer a full service marina including boat docks, boat lift(s), boat on rack storage, boat on trailer storage, jet ski storage, ice, water, bait, marine mechanic, boat bottom painting, fuel (rec 90 and diesel), fiberglass & gelcoat repairs, boat/yacht brokerage, hurricane haul-out plans, daily and longer term service racks and so much more!
I see that you offer "Off Site Boat Trailer Parking", what is that?
We have multiple locations throughout South Florida. In order to offer our clients the most convenient and affordable boat trailer parking, we have dedicated some sections of our properties exclusively to affordable off site parking. This is a great way to store an empty boat trailer at a discounted rate. (We do however require 48 hrs advance notice when you want to retrieve the trailer, as it will likely be stored in a non/difficult to-access area)
