What are the business hours?
We are open 7am - 7pm; however can be reached via phone 24/7 for emergency situations
What are the lease terms?
We have a 90 day MINIMUM LEASE TERM ON ALL LEASES. All leases then default to a month to month lease thereafter.
How do I pay my rent?
Pay your rent online using a debit, credit card or ACH. NO OTHER FORMS OF PAYMENT ARE ACCEPTED. All tenants must enroll in auto pay upon signing a lease.
If I rent a boat on trailer storage space, can I use your dock or ramp?
Our dock(s) and ramp are not included for tenants renting boat on trailer storage and/or boat on rack/lift storage. You may purchase a one time, monthly, or annual ramp pass from us, which would grant you full access to these attributes of our marina.
Where do I park when I go out on my boat for the day?
We have guest as well as tenant designated parking spaces. If your boat is stored on a trailer, we kindly ask that you park your trailer in your designated boat trailer parking space while you're out.
How often will my monthly rent price change?
The benefits of leasing with us is that we are family owned and operated. Unlike many of our competitors who are public companies, we don't do "monthly pricing". Our lease terms are month to month; however, our pricing is adjusted only 1x per calendar year and we provide you with plenty of advance notice of any changes in lease prices and/or terms. We do our best to keep our prices competitive with our local marketplace and trends.
What documentation do I need to rent a unit?
A valid government-issued ID, vessel/traier registration, and proof of insurance.
What security features do you offer?
We offer 24-hour video surveillance, perimeter fencing, and coded gated entry.
How do I terminate my lease?
Very simply email us your 30 day written notice as notated in your lease. You must email the location(s) directly from which you rent your space(s). For this location (Deerfield Beach) the email address is MiznerMarinaFL@gmail.com.
Is your private & exclusive boat ramp access included with my rent?
At this time, our private and exclusive boat ramp is an optional add-on item to any lease. Use of our ramp is not required, nor is it included in your lease agreement; however, you may purchase a one time use, monthly or annual pass from us at any time.
Is there a discount if I pre-pay my rent in advance for a year?
All leases are month to month (3 month minimum initial term), we don't discount rent for pre-payment(s) of rent; however, you may, at your discretion, pre-pay rent.
